Terms of service
Terms for using Runa websites, apps, devices, and event services.
Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of runa-tribe.com, Runa Space, the Runa mobile app, Runa devices, and related services provided by Adam Kamiński Software Solutions, NIP 5291833752, REGON 387965571, Poland.
By placing an order, creating an account, pairing a device, or using the service, you accept these terms. If you use Runa for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. Some features may require an account, a verified email, organizer approval, or a compatible mobile device.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by our breach or mandatory law says otherwise.
Orders, prices, and delivery
Orders for devices are offers to buy. We may accept or decline an order. Prices, VAT, delivery charges, and available delivery options are shown before checkout where purchases are enabled.
Devices ship from Poland to the European Union. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk rules are applied according to mandatory consumer law.
Returns and statutory rights
Consumer withdrawal, returns, refunds, and statutory conformity rights are described in the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Polish or EU consumer law.
Event and B2B services
Runa may contract with businesses or organizers for field events, games, device fleets, or operational support. B2B scope, pricing, cancellation, liability, and event duties may be set in a separate written agreement.
Organizers are responsible for event rules, participant communication, health and safety planning, lawful use of participant data, and obtaining permissions required for the venue or activity.
Software, updates, and availability
We may provide app, firmware, and server updates to improve reliability, security, compatibility, or features. Some functions may require current software, network access, Bluetooth, location permissions, or supported hardware.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue non-essential features, but we will not intentionally remove core paid functionality without respecting mandatory law and existing contracts.
Field-use limits
Runa is built for guidance, play, events, and discovery. It is not a life-safety, emergency, rescue, medical, or security system. You remain responsible for your surroundings, route, decisions, and compliance with laws and venue rules.
Intellectual property
Runa, the website, software, product design, content, trademarks, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or exploit the service or content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
User content and event data
If you submit event content, challenge details, map points, messages, feedback, or other materials, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit them.
You allow us to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service, operate events, provide support, and comply with law.
Liability
We are responsible for damage caused by intent, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For business customers, liability may be limited in a separate agreement.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, unavailable networks, third-party services, carrier delays, venue conditions, or decisions made by users in the field.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, war, public authority actions, epidemic, labor disruption, power or telecommunications failure, carrier disruption, supply shortages, or similar events.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence where those protections apply.
Disputes are handled by competent Polish courts unless mandatory consumer law provides another forum. Consumers may also use available consumer protection procedures under EU and Polish law.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version. The terms in force when an order is placed govern that order. Continued use after an update means acceptance where allowed by law.
