Refund policy

Returns, refunds, delivery, and statutory warranty rules for Runa devices.

Who we are

This policy applies to Runa devices sold through runa-tribe.com by Adam Kamiński Software Solutions, NIP 5291833752, REGON 387965571, Poland.

Runa sells physical devices to consumers and contracts event services with business customers. If a separate written B2B agreement applies to an event, that agreement controls where it says something different.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy the products listed in your order. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion, for example where payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, or a pricing or technical error occurred.

After we receive your order, we may send an order confirmation with the order number and product details. The sales contract is formed when we confirm the order. You may ask to cancel an order before it is handed to the carrier.

Prices and payment

Prices may change before an order is placed. The price charged is the price shown at checkout and in the order confirmation, including VAT where applicable. Delivery costs and any other charges shown at checkout are added before you place the order.

Payment must be received or authorized before we ship. If your payment method cannot be verified or is refused, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

Shipping and delivery

Runa devices ship from Poland to addresses in the European Union. Delivery options, estimated delivery dates, and shipping charges are shown during checkout where available.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, public authorities, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the device, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, contact us at contact@runa-tribe.com before the 14-day period expires. We will provide return instructions. The device must be unused and returned with its original accessories and packaging where possible.

You pay the cost of return shipping unless mandatory law says otherwise. You are responsible for loss or damage in transit, so we recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned device, we will refund eligible payments using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We may reduce the refund if the device was used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, features, and functioning.

We do not accept returns of used devices under this voluntary return process. This does not limit your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods.

Statutory conformity rights

Runa devices are covered by EU and Polish statutory conformity rules. If a device is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.

To report a defect, email contact@runa-tribe.com with proof of purchase, order details, a description of the issue, and photos or other evidence where helpful.

No emergency guarantee

Runa devices are built for guidance, play, and field experiences. They are not personal emergency response devices and are not guaranteed to prevent loss, injury, separation, or property damage.
